Profiles

• Foreign worker profiles is now available under the Profiles tab in FLAG.   This feature allows filers to store foreign worker information in a reusable profile.  The information within a reusable profile can be imported to quickly and consistently pre-fill Foreign Worker Information (Appendix A.A through Appendix A.E ) of the Form ETA-9089.
• You will also be able to create foreign worker groups to organize foreign worker profiles you create. 

Section H.c Professional/Non-Professional Recruitment Information

• Removed the N/A option from question H.c.2 "Is there a Sunday edition of a newspaper (of general circulation) in the area of intended employment?”
