9089 PERM applications; The sort order for education is now oldest to newest for Appendix A.B Foreign Worker Education.
9089 PERM applications; When sending a case to “Request for Review”, the case status will now change to “Request for Review” while OFLC prepares the package to send to BALCA. Once the package has been prepared and sent, the application status will change to “BALCA Appeals”.
9089 PERM applications; After an application has received a Notice Of Appeal Decision (NOAD), the option in the Action menu has been renamed from “Request for Review” to “Continue to BALCA”.
