Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) Online Filing Release Notes 05/28/2025

PERM

  • The PERM Case details page now shows the following new fields:
    • Determination Date
    • Appeals Receipt Date
    • NORD Issued Date
    • BALCA Transmittal Date
    • BALCA Decision Date
    • Expiration Date
  • PERM filers can now upload additional documentation as part of the Request for Reconsideration.
  • When a PERM filer submits documentation through the help desk, those files will now be available to view in the case details page.

H-2B

  • H-2B filers can now submit post-certification requests
