Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) Online Filing Release Notes 6/30/2026

PW filers can now respond to multiple RFIs on a single case; the RFI response case action, which was previously disabled after the first response, will now be available for any subsequent RFIs sent to the filer.
CW-1 filers can now request deadline extensions for their Recruitment Report and Notice of Deficiency (NOD) responses. The extension request case actions are available through the respective Recruitment Report and NOD due dates.
