  • For the 9089, cases can now be withdrawn in the action menu if in a “request for review” status. This option will remain available until the BALCA package has been prepared. Once the package has been prepared and sent to BALCA, the withdraw option will no longer be available. 
  • For 9089 cases, in refine results, a new filter can now be found for “Request for Review”.
